If necessary, add or change the tax rates for the tax category. • Visible in my store : Use the button to show or hide the product in your store. You can set it to No to hide seasonal items or if you plan to display multiple products simultaneously later. 1. Scroll down and use the tabs to add more details or options for your product. • Inventory & Options : Track available supplies and offer customers product options such as size and color. Each option can have its own unique price and stock count. • Shipping : Add the package's shipping weight and dimensions when adding general shipping options. To use your store's shipping settings, select Calculate for me using my shipping methods . Otherwise, you can choose to ship an item for free or specify a flat rate. • Search engines : Automatically adds a direct link to this product, which you can change if you wish. 2. When finished, select Save or select Save and add another to continue adding products. Your store listings are updated immediately. After saving your product, you will return to the Products page, where you can make further changes. • Select Quick Edit to edit all products at once. • Next to an individual product, select "more" to create a social media post about the product, duplicate the product, or remove it entirely. Use the checkboxes to select multiple products for removal.

In your Website Builder Online Store, you can offer digital products, such as downloadable documents, videos, or audio files. Disclaimer: When using AI tools, avoid entering confidential information and always review the output to verify accuracy. You can set the tone and length of the description. Copy the automatically generated text or generate it again by selecting Show another draft . When you are satisfied with the result, select Insert . Note: Having at least one product image and a product title will help the AI generate a more accurate description. • Downloadable content : Select Add file . After adding and naming the product file, select Save to upload it. Note: You can upload up to 10 files per product. Almost all file types are allowed (.mp3, .mp4, .m4a, .zip, .csv, .xls, etc.) and each cannot be larger than 2 GB. Your customer gets a unique URL for each file and can download the file up to 3 times. • Search engines : Automatically adds a direct link to this product, which you can edit. 1. When finished, select Save or select Save and add another to add more products. Note: You cannot add more than 5,000 products to your online store—in any combination of physical and digital products. You can bulk upload a maximum of 100 products at a time. While you can add or import products to your store, there is no export option. 2. To make your changes live, publish your website. Select Reset limits . 5. Select OK to reset the download limits for all files associated with this request. To resend the download link to your customer on the digital product order page: 1. In your dashboard, go to Store and then Orders . 2. Select the digital product order. 3. Scroll to Files . 4. Select Resend links . 5. Select OK to send the download links to the customer's email address associated with the order.

Help your customers quickly find what they need in your store by creating product categories and subcategories. 1. Go to Hostrean and open their website builder. 2. In your dashboard, go to Store and select Categories . 3. On the Categories page , select Add . 4. Enter a category name and description . You also have the option to edit the Category link . Your category link provides a direct URL to the products in that category and should match the category name . Note : While not required, adding keywords to the name and description fields helps customers find you. 1. When finished, select Save to close the window. The category is added to the Categories page. 2. Reorganize the categories by clicking and dragging to change the order. 3. Click and drag a category below or above another to make it a subcategory. Main categories can have two levels of subcategories. So, "Clothing, then Shirts, then Women" would work, but "Clothing, Shirts, Women, and Blouses" would not. 4. After creating a category, remember to create a product or edit existing products. 5. To put your changes live, publish your website.

Add featured products so customers can quickly see your top-selling items. These could be your best-selling products or items or services you want to highlight. Note: You can add up to 12 featured products to the featured section of your online store on your website. 1. Reorganize your featured products by selecting and dragging them to the desired order. This will change their organization in the Online Store section of your website. 2. If you no longer want to feature the product, select the trash can button. This removes it from the Featured Products list and does not delete the product itself. All set! Changes made to your products and featured products are updated automatically, so you don't need to publish your website.

Your online store is ready to receive orders as soon as you add at least one product to your store and publish your website.
